PHILADELPHIA, May 11 2026 FullBloom, a leading provider of mission-critical academic, behavioral, and mental health solutions to the K-12 market, today announced the hiring of Leslie Stroope as chief financial officer. Stroope will lead the company’s enterprise financial strategy, driving growth and scalability. She will report to FullBloom Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Cohen.

“Everything we do at FullBloom centers around creating brighter futures for vulnerable students and their families. Leslie’s leadership will help us direct resources to where they make the greatest difference—expanding access and improving outcomes,” said Cohen. “Her experience modernizing processes and developing actionable frameworks will be invaluable as we continue to deepen our impact. We’re very excited to have her onboard.”

Stroope brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across human capital solutions, financial services, and manufacturing. She most recently served as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer at Cielo Talent, where she helped guide a complex international transformation by streamlining processes and strengthening data and analysis frameworks. Earlier in her career, she was vice president of finance for several divisions at EmployBridge, supporting multi‑billion‑dollar operations, and held finance roles at Fidelity Investments and GE, where she began in the company’s Financial Management Program.

At FullBloom, Stroope will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and financial strategy, partnering closely with the executive team to support growth and operational excellence.

“I’m honored to join FullBloom and become part of this mission-driven team that always puts students first,” said Stroope. “My focus will be ensuring every dollar works harder for students, their families, and our school communities. I look forward to partnering across our teams and divisions to align financial vision, drive efficiency, and scale so we are able to reach more learners in need.”
